3D Reversi brings the classic game of Othello to a hand-crafted wooden board beside a flowing forest scene — the same setting as our 3D Chess and Checkers. Place a disc so it traps a line of your opponent's discs between your pieces, and watch them all flip to your color with a satisfying tumble. Every move reshapes the board, and a single play in the corner can swing the whole game. With three AI difficulty levels and a smooth orbiting camera, it's a deep, elegant battle of position and timing. Whoever owns the most discs when the board fills up wins. Play a friend on one device, or climb a ladder of six AI rivals — from Pip the chick, who's still learning, to the Dragon, a grandmaster that reads the endgame out perfectly. Hover a square to see exactly which discs it would flip, watch flips ripple outward from your move, and earn up to three stars per rival for a big win. Stars unlock new disc and board styles: Boxwood, Marble, Candy, Neon, Royal and Galaxy.
How to play 3D Reversi
- 1Click a highlighted green square to place your disc.
- 2Your disc must trap a straight line of the opponent's discs between it and another of your discs.
- 3All trapped discs flip to your color.
- 4If you have no legal move, your turn is passed.
- 5When the board is full (or both pass), the most discs wins.
- 6Beat a rival to unlock the next one; win by 14+ discs for ★★ and by 30+ (or a wipe-out) for ★★★. Undo (U) is there if you need it, but caps that game at one star.
Tips & strategy
- Corners can never be flipped — grab them whenever you can.
- Avoid the squares next to empty corners; they hand the corner away.
- Having more discs early often hurts — focus on mobility and position.
- Limit your opponent's options to force them into bad squares.

How do I flip discs?

Yes — drag to orbit the camera around the 3D board, and scroll or pinch to zoom, just like in 3D Chess and Checkers.
How hard is the AI?
There are six rivals. Pip and Fox play casually, Owl and Panda think ahead, Tiger is tough, and the Dragon searches six moves deep and plays the last twelve empty squares perfectly. Beat each one to unlock the next.
